WDF – Offshore Rental Property

Another case that has recently passed my desk also relates to property rented out in Southern Ireland where the clients live in Birmingham.

Again, there is no additional tax due however I’m sure that HMRC are picking up many cases where the tax has not been declared in the UK and I have just been very lucky with the clients that have approached me.
